Meet Elyse

Elyse Shull, MS, LPC, LCPC, PMH-C, is a licensed perinatal psychotherapist specializing in maternal mental health. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2006 and her Master of Science in 2014 from Chatham University. With over 10 years of experience, she supports women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the evolving identity, emotional, and relational challenges of motherhood.

Her areas of expertise include perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, ADHD in motherhood, burnout, and the transition to parenthood.

She is licensed in Louisiana and Maryland and has been featured on local news, podcasts, and as an expert contributor to Rescripted.

Elyse has lived in Pennsylvania, Texas, Louisiana, and Maryland, is a mom of three, and believes that the right support can change the entire experience of motherhood.
